+Allow POS terminal operators to search and associate a customer with a sale (for loyalty/address). Endpoints: GET /pos/customers/search and GET /pos/customers/:id.

+## Diseño
+- Search: ILIKE on email, first_name, last_name, phone from identity_users + users_profiles JOIN
+- Limit 20 results, min 2-char query
+- Returns id, email, firstName, lastName, phone
