En el TPV, los botones grandes añaden una unidad al carrito; los cuatro accesos rápidos permanecen abajo.

Runtime: 12 options, config PATCH 200, touch catalog 200 with 10 categories/13 category-product rows/four hydrated quick products. Admin/POS builds and backend typecheck pass.
