+## Problem
+`npm run start` era `node dist/infrastructure/http/server.js` sin `--env-file`. NODE no cargaba `.env`.
+
+## Fix
+Cambiar a `node --env-file=.env dist/infrastructure/http/server.js` en package.json.
+
