  - `npm run build`
- Added `Storefront shell (Next.js)` section documenting:
  - package location: `project/storefront/`
  - Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript and Tailwind stack
  - server-rendered home/layout/navigation
  - typed public API client at `src/lib/api.ts`
  - `server-only` API client boundary
  - API base URL configuration
  - explicit out-of-scope catalog pages/cart/checkout UI
