# F-088 — Implementer evidence

## Change

Updated `project/apps/admin/src/lib/api-client.ts` so `taxApi.update` accepts:

This matches the backend Zod enum and the existing `TaxRate.appliesTo` field used by F-085's inline editor.

## Acceptance trace
