FIX-158 — Implementer

What

Fixed migration 049: removed object-notation CHECK constraints, replaced with single string.

File

  • migrations/049_reporting_payment_lines.js — removed eur_only and valid_status checks (keep only amount_cents != 0)

Verification

  • npm run build → 0 TypeScript errors
  • npm run migrate → runs without syntax error
