+
+## Symptoms
+
+- DNS resolutions return stale IPs.
+- Users report that a site "works on some machines and not on others".
+- Recent DNS changes are not propagating.
+
+## Diagnosis
+
+1. Check the local cache with `ipconfig /displaydns` or `resolvectl statistics`.
+2. Confirm the upstream resolver is responding.
+3. Run the `dns-flush` webhook on the affected machine.
